Our people are passionate and qualified; by joining BRP, you will evolve at the heart of an experienced team that will welcome you with open arms.-NPD Project Leader Assembly ATV and SSV- Influence R&D engineering to assure the product is easy to assemble and at the lower possible cost.- Track minute-vehicle from Gate 2 and up to SOP against business case.- Design for assembly (DFA) matrix construction and follow-up until items closure.- Determine complexity of the subassemblies and build make or buy matrix under proper guidelines.- Follow-up assembly matrix as a preliminary document at early stage on every project and until is mature document at the SOP.- Maintain R&D engineering informed about production status at every gate of the project.- Maintain assembly plant (management and all key people) informed about product development status, impact and risk assessments.- Follow-up PFMEA for critical systems-subassemblies until the list of pokayoke, gauges and inspections frequencies are identified and implemented.- Ensure line balancing, tooling, process and machinery are well oriented towards quality, mixed model and on time for every project.- List and supervise critical projects and process to assure a smooth start-up.- Ensure Industrial Engineer and QC Engineer are assigned in the progress report (SAP) for every system and E50 coded assemblies.- Request preliminary available and official dates for drawing releases to R&D engineering through progress report (SAP) and follow-up until is official according to commitment dates.- Ensure every project is well oriented towards mixed model mode by the following:- Influence R&D Engineering to promote product standardization.- Influence R&D engineering to promote pokayokes already implicit in the product design.- When design-pokayoke is not possible, ensure assembly plant include mechanical and/or technological pokayoke and coordinate the proper deployment through industrial engineering and/or MIS departments.- Design for assembly matrix (DFA)- DFA guidelines- Make or buy matrix- Make or buy guidelines- Assembly Matrix - sequence and Workstations ID- PFMEA- NPD deliverables- Minute Vehicle follow-up- Production plan status- Drawing release follow-upLI-CD2
