With design and manufacturing sites in North America, Europe and Asia, we have become the preferred provider of high voltage power solutions for OEMs pushing the boundaries of technology around the world by designing and producing the products they need to power progress.Purpose of the FunctionThe purpose of the role is to drive the NPI and Launch processes with business cases, planning and monitoring products through the lifecycle and to coordinate the material, planning, manufacturing, testing, quality, and logistics, teams and aspects, of product launches ensuring there is no disruption to the business.Principal ResponsibilitiesProvides administrative support for new product processes and other engineering support or change activities.Responsible for coordinating material requirements to meet customer requirements throughout launch process.Together with Planning/Stockroom coordinate the materials availability for the build.Coordinate the different support teams for the development and launch of new products.Tracking of BOM and Drawings status created by Design team.Ensure BOM and Drawings are released in the System before the build.Together with Planning/Manufacturing/Testing/Quality/Logistics ensure and audit all the information required is completed in e-NPT and ERP System as part of project milestones.Coordinates the Workshops related to the New Product Launches organized within the Sites and/or Plants.Coordinates the communication of all products and processes required changes/updates, including the related to costs, within the Sites.Generates and updates the Plant's project timing based on customer needs.Distribute product launch status sheets, part list to track new part numbers, component status, and overall project timing and schedules.Organize and drive project related meetings within the Plant to reflect the update status of the project launches.Coordinates new product launch materials and e-NPT checklist (PPAP) to ensure successful launches.Responsibilities apply from the beginning of Plant Involvement through successful start of Production including Service & Repair and Warranty Returns from Customer.Launch and Release New Products following Quality System procedures and requirements.Together with Planning review delivery times for Launches and New Products to provide delivery dates/Lead Times to Sales Team and/or Customers
