**YOUR TASKS**
- Responsible of the new developed single parts according to the production technologies
- Development for all necessary Tools and single part equipment
- For inhouse and external parts are being procured and released in final production location
- Procurement of parts for customer and internal requirements are available
- Plan and coordinate the preparation of (initial) samples including component recording
- Responsible of the transfer of responsibility to the series production
- Support Design for Manufacturing / Cost
- Support simultaneous engineering
- Tolerance consideration of components /pre-assemblies / end products
- Responsible of Capex and project budget
- Plan complex operating equipment based on capacity
- Define type, extent, and number necessary production equipment (including auxiliary and series tools, jigs,
testing equipment, special machines)
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge about tooling technology and injection process (desirable)
- Strong in planning and tracking
- Knowledge in PFMEA, Control Plan & Flow chart
- Excellent in project administration and new project qualification
- Microsoft offices.
Advance Excel level, SAP (desirable)
- Knowledge in design (desirable)
- University degree (engineering)
- 3-5 year of experience
- English 90%
