**NPI ENGINEER**
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields (Title or Cedula Prof. need it)
- 3 years of experience in the area
**Activities**:
1. Solid leadership, strong team management and sense of responsibility. Team oriented
2. Knowledge on Project timeline tracking.
3. Able to converse in English, spoken and written (80%)
4. Report and escalate to management as needed
5. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
6. Projects and documentation closing turn project deliverables to operations, C5 or PSW approved handover
7. Budget management (Transfers projects).
8. Coordinate NPI Engineers and Jr Engineers
9. KPI's - Key Performance Indicators compliance to automotive products
10. Engineering changes orders management.
11. Project management: plan development and execution, Scope change control, time management, and Risk management.
12. Pilot run, safe launch and risk builds coordination.
13. Cross functional team coordination in a multicultural work environment.
14. Schedule and hold meetings with CFT, management, etc.
15. Prepare and present executive briefs.
16. Plan and Coordination of Manufacturing readiness activities.
17. Ensure projects launch complies with company KPIs for: Quality, Cost, and time.
18. NUDD, DFx, and FMEA Analysis coordination.
19. Coordinate and support to MPM to prepare the 5 stages of APQP; Plan, Design, Development, Validation & Correct (Phase starting where applicable)
20. Follow up to Automotive Customers Visits and / or Audits (internal & external)
