_**Job Summary**:_
The essential activities for the PE Sr.
Engineer is to develop, implement and maintain systems to manage in an optimal conditions the motor assembly/test process that ensures the customer requirements are being met, in demand and quality aspects, by using all quality and lean tools applicable to the different motors.
**Responsibilities**:_
- Define standard time by using a predetermined motion time system like MOST.
- Develop and implement assembly equipment for a new process.
- Make improvements to the assembly process/machines in order to improve line performance.
- Develop and maintain the process documents.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering (necessary)
- 3-5 years of experience working in the DC electrical motors industry.

- **Competences**:_
- Process documents development (PFMEA, Flow Chart, Work Instructions, Layout)
- Experience using servomotors, pneumatic cylinders.
( necessary).
- Work with Test and Maintenance team to automate or semi-automate process using PLC, sensor, mechanical and hydraulic devices.
- Implement mistake proofing solution
- Experience and knowledge of MSA (R&R, Cpk, etc.)
- TS 16949 knowledge
- Proven experience in problem solving techniques
- Ability to understand customer and design specifications
- Skills to identify equipment problems/failures and define corrective actions.
- Strong problem solving skills including root cause and fault tree analysis.
- Working knowledge of CAD
- PLC programing.
- Knowledge on vision system implementation and set up (either camera or sensor)
- Coordinate PFMEA and Reverse PFMEA with a multifunctional team (Quality, Product, R&D, Manufacturing, Maintenance and operator).
