Reporting to the Engineering Manager you as a NPI Engineer will be responsible to designs, develops, modifies, and evaluates options and makes design recommendations to fulfill requirements. Assesses results for applicability, validity, and conformance with design specifications. Performs moderate design and skilled technical tasks.

- Designs, develops, modifies, and evaluates options and makes design recommendations for product development or enhancement.- Analyzes equipment to establish operating data, conducts experimental tests and evaluates results.- Prepares reports and technical specifications.- Responsible for planning, implementing, and managing compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality, and regulatory standards requirements.- Other duties as assigned.- Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila
About you:
- Bachelor or university degree in Engineering.- English Fluency.- Two to five years of experience.- Knowledge of engineering practices.- Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred.- Advanced knowledge in MS Office.- Strong analytical skills.- Strong communication skills.- High attention to detail.
