We are looking for an experienced NPI Engineer to join our innovative, continue growing company. You can be a member of our brilliant engineering team, contributing to the design of new cutting-edge products. To be successful in this position, you should have hands-on experience on sheet metal process, with strong attention to detail and a creative flair. It is also important that you have rock-solid project management skills to meet the daily demands of the role.
**MIAN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Fabricate and assemble sheet metal products and components according to specifications, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of sheet metal tools, such as punches, dies, for cutting, forming, and shaping.
- Measure, mark, and lay out work pieces using measuring tools and equipment, such as calipers, rulers, and squares, to ensure accurate dimensions and fits.
- Inspect and test finished products and components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and troubleshoot problems or defects in sheet metal products or installations and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of tools and equipment, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries while working with sheet metal.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as engineers, architects, and project managers, to ensure projects are completed on time and meet customer requirements.
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Product Design, or relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Experiences with metal mechanical products (forming and Machining process, Laser, turret, etc).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Accurate and strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and popular design software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- GD& T.
- Welding process (Arc welding, Spor welding).
