As of December 31, 2023, the Group employed 5,497 people in 14 countries.JOB TITLE: NPI Industrial Leader (Project Manager)POSITION:The NPI Industrial Leader (Project Manager) pilots and coordinates his/her extended team. His/Her objectives are cascaded to the extended team. He/She also gives directives and directions. He/She relies on the New Product Development team (Core Team). He/She must coordinate/synchronize certain decisions with the Plant Managers to ensure consistency with the overall direction and evolution planned for each plant.He/She has the responsibility to coordinate, with the NPI team, all the Latecoere plants involved for this development (plant in charge of assembly or elementary parts). This coordination is made according to 3 axes:Ensure all plant actors receive on time all information needed to develop and implement the new product on their plant, with respect to cost, delay, and quality objectives.Ensure inter-plant coordination if several plants are involved.Communicate progress on industrialization of the new program on each plant, needed information, and associated risks to the Program core team.As a member of the Program NPI core team, in liaison with the plant manager, he/she coordinates functional teams (industrialization, manufacturing, logistics, safety, quality, purchasing) of all plants involved in the program.ACTIVITIES:The NPI Industrial Leader (Project Manager) is in charge of:Piloting and coordinating plant actors (extended team NPI)Define (in terms of load, competences, profile) and mobilize his/her extended team, that is all actors from the plant contributing to the program.Animate this team to ensure production launch: conducting reviews, assigning tasks.Ensure all plant actors have access to program information and exchange information.Coordinating detailed parts follow-upMaintain the list of detailed parts and follow their status (designed, in manufacturing, FAI done…).Communicate status to the program team.Report risks and alerts.Ensuring link with the ProgramPresent progress status of plants to the Program.Update schedule of program activities in the plants.Manage and be responsible for Program CAPEX.Manage reviews of manufacturing functional milestones.Report risks and alerts (technical, financial, capacity…) on the ability of plants to implement the new product.Participate in change management
