**Required Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in New Product Introduction process (NPI) and/or Manufacturing Electronics Engineering environment.
- BS/MS Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Electronics Engineering.
- Excellent leadership, data presentation, communication, and organizational skills. Extreme attention to detail.
- Experienced in Python programming.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Familiar with PCB failure analysis and root cause analysis in general.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create manufacturing plans for prototype, pilot production, and full production.
Analyze and recommend corrective action in case of any design failure.
- Implement product test plans and perform production tests according to product design and develop manufacturing process instructions.
- Develop implementation plans for all NPI projects, coordinate with design engineering test programs requirements, and ensure the best manufacturing process to deliver quality products.
- Monitor the execution and provide necessary support to all new products and ensure effective execution of projects according to required policies and procedures.
- Develop strong working relationships with Engineering and Production teams to ensure all company objectives are met.
- Assure ongoing support with his team to meet production and customer requirements.
- Review equipment, hardware, and tooling to support production requirements and assure the acquisition, makes recommendations for repairs or replacement.
- Installs new equipment and ensures that it operates correctly; trains others to operate new machinery.
- Lead the transference of new products from the pilot manufacturing line to the production manufacturing line.
- Generate in each new product launch on a timely and dynamic environment, work instructions and necessary manufacturing procedures to support production schedule.
- Collaborate with training activities to qualified production personnel in new product launched.
