**Descripción y Requisitos**
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Over 5 years of Experience in SMT NPI Process Experience
- Familiar with SMT process (soldering/material)
- PCBA RFQ
- Full process DFM review
- Experience in department personnel management
- Formulation/document revision/data statistics
- Excellent use office, excel, word, PPT.
- Familiar with SMT Process related preferred
- Excellent oral /written reports/good leadership communication skills/overseas working experience Enthusiasm at work.
- English: 80 to 90 %
