**NIDEC AUTOMOTIVE MOTOR MEXICANA****Solicita**:**NPI PE Engineer****Descripción y Requisitos**- The essential activities for the PE Sr. Engineer is to develop, implement and maintain systems to manage in an optimal conditions the motor assembly/test process that ensures the customer requirements are being met, in demand and quality aspects, by using all quality and lean tools applicable to the different motors.- It is responsible to develop, implement and follow up the below PE activities for the assigned assembly line:- Define standard time by using a predetermined motion time system like MOST.- Develop and implement assembly equipment for a new process.- Make improvements to the assembly process/machines in order to improve line performance.- Develop and maintain the process documentsBachelor's degree in Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering- 3-5 years of experience working in the DC electrical motors industry.- English 85%- MOST analysis- Process documents development (PFMEA, Flow Chart, Work Instructions, Layout)- Experience and knowledge of MSA (R&R, Cpk, etc.)- TS 16949 knowledge- Proven experience in problem solving techniques- Ability to understand customer and design specifications- Skills to identify equipment problems/failures and define corrective actions.- Experience on the following equipment- Puesto: Ingeniero - Procesos**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
