Product and material cost reduction programs. The NPI Process Engineer must work with the team functional at the plant to complete tasks.**About the Job**:- Work with the Engineering Manager, Production Manager, Engineers and those assigned to the support area, to generate and follow up on new business opportunities.- Ensure that the deliverables of the new pitches as well What adapt and implement systems _ at the plant in the new products.- Communicate progress status and program metrics for new products to the plant management team on a regular basis.- Facilitate the development of the preparation of DFM / A, Process Flow Diagram ( PFD), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and process control plans for launch programs assigned.- Facilitate events for which key tasks are completed on time and documented correctly in launch metrics.- Ensure that inspection plans appropriate containment plans and production release criteria are met for a release insurance for all new products.- Manage cost reduction programs in materials, design, process and suppliers.- Release the new products to regular production.**About You**:- Bachelor or university degree in Engineering.- Good follow up skills.- Good communication skills both written and oral.- Result oriented.- Problem solving skills.- Attention to details.- Quality System knowledge.- Interpretation of electrical diagrams.- Experience in the automotive industry.- Proficient English - 85% minimum.
