Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people's lives.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a NPI Program Manager located in Guadalajara, North CampusReporting to the Program Management Manager the NPI Program Manager role involvesResponsible for leading an NPI team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will support the development and implementation of project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.What a typical day looks like:- Coordinates with the CFT the actions necessary for compliance with the targets agreed with the customer (quality, testing, materials, processes, etc.)- Leader for Large NPI projects.- Will communicate to external customer and upper management for Project status and day to day activities.- Will lead multidisciplinary team to achieve the goals negotiated with both external and internal customers.- Responsible for customer satisfaction and Project profitability.- Establish project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements, managing project from initiation through transfer.- Communicate customer requirements, specifications, project schedule, and budget constraints to cross-functional teams, including engineers, senior management, and consultants.- Develop status reports, including project financials, ensuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control.- Maintain project plan documents, procedures, and project deliverables- Provide advice to lower-level Project/Product Managers to achieve goals in accordance with established policies.- Recommend changes to policies which may affect subordinate organization(s).- Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management; frequently interact with middle management and individual contributor groups.- Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to project team to resolve issues.The experience we're looking to add to our team:- Bachelor´s Degree in Administration or related
