Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _NPI Program Manager _located in _Guadalajara, North Campus_._
- Reporting to the_ _Program Management Manager_ responsible for leading an NPI team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will support the development and implementation of project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers._
What a typical day looks like:

Coordinates with the CFT the actions necessary for compliance with the targets agreed with the customer (quality, testing, materials, processes, etc.
)_
- _
Leader for Large NPI projects._
- _
Will communicate to external customer and upper management for Project status and day to day activities._
- _
Will lead multidisciplinary team to achieve the goals negotiated with both external and internal customers._
- _
Responsible for customer satisfaction and Project profitability._
- _
Establish project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements, managing project from initiation through transfer._
- _
Communicate customer requirements, specifications, project schedule, and budget constraints to cross-functional teams, including engineers, senior management, and consultants._
- _
Develop status reports, including project financials, ensuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control._
- _
Maintain project plan documents, procedures, and project deliverables_
- _
Recommend changes to policies which may affect subordinate organization(s)._
- _
Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers.
May interact with senior management; frequently interact with middle management and individual contributor groups._
