Villa de García Km 3.0, Santa Catarina, 66350 Mexico NPI Project Engineer About the Role The NPI Project Engineer position is a critical position that will play a key role in the development of large-size NPI programs.
This position is focused in the Product Engineering side that will be managing large-size PFEP and ECN tracking control.
NPI Project Product Engineer should ensure product information are transferred accurately and smoothly to our internal customers such as: Sourcing, Logistics, Industrial, Quality, Manufacturing, among others.
Key Responsabilities Manage and control large-size PFEP (+100 components).
Perform Manufacturing reviews accurately and timely ensuring project's milestones are met.
Implement strategies and tools to ensure BOM accuracy > 95%.
Ensure smooth ECN implementation by working closely with Design Services.
Provide accurate information (Obsoletes) to Sourcing team to ensure E&O target is not affected.
Plan and execute ECS, MCS and Pilot builts according to project's milestones.
Track and control MM gathering data ensuring every functional team update it accurately and timely.
Oversee and escalate accordingly PPAP status.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree: Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic, Design Enginner or similar.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in NPI or Projects.
English written.
Soft Skills Effective communication.
Ability to work with others towards a shared goal.
Willing to help others even when that involves do things out of your scope.
