Villa de García Km 3.0, Santa Catarina, 66350 MexicoNPI Project EngineerAbout the RoleThe NPI Project Engineer position is a critical position that will play a key role in the development of large-size NPI programs. This position is focused on the Product Engineering side that will be managing large-size PFEP and ECN tracking control. The NPI Project Product Engineer should ensure product information is transferred accurately and smoothly to our internal customers such as Sourcing, Logistics, Industrial, Quality, Manufacturing, among others.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and control large-size PFEP (+100 components).Perform Manufacturing reviews accurately and timely ensuring project's milestones are met.Implement strategies and tools to ensure BOM accuracy > 95%.Ensure smooth ECN implementation by working closely with Design Services.Provide accurate information (Obsoletes) to Sourcing team to ensure E&O target is not affected.Plan and execute ECS, MCS and Pilot builds according to project's milestones.Track and control MM gathering data ensuring every functional team updates it accurately and timely.Oversee and escalate accordingly PPAP status.RequirementsBachelor's Degree: Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic, Design Engineer or similar.Experience: 1-3 years of experience in NPI or Projects.English written.Soft SkillsEffective communication.Ability to work with others towards a shared goal.Willing to help others even when that involves doing things out of your scope.Efficient and Productive.Proactive and Prepared.Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
