NPI Quality EngineerWhat you will do?Under general direction, the scope is to secure the fabrication of products that fulfill with general standards and key characteristics, efficiency and workmanship to fulfill their functions that it was made for, through the implementation of a total control of production on assurance quality aspects.How you will do it?Customer Satisfaction through continuously analyzing customer complaints.Customer Satisfaction through continuously analyzing internal issues.Improve current production systems through JCMS tools.Tracking and improvement of assigned KPIs.Control the production on quality assurance aspects (Quality Control Documents).Perform audits according to the schedule.Develop product warranty analysis.Provide customer service.Establish corrective and preventive actions.Develop the role as quality guide for HPT.Comply with activities specified in JCI Safety Commitment Letter.Participate in EHS, Quality & JCMS activities (subcommittees, emergency brigades, inspections, audits, campaigns, training, etc.)
as required.Execute tasks according to their role in the quality matrix.Ensure applicable activities that help achieve EHS, Quality & JCMS goals and metrics.Participate in EHS, Quality & JCMS observations program.Ensure EHS, Quality & JCMS goals and metrics are established in GPAS for all employees.Comply with Quality Requirements defined in ISO, ASME Manual & all defined quality documented information.Report all injuries, near accidents, unsafe acts/conditions, and occupational health problems and take necessary corrective measures, as well as support in the investigation.Support and comply with all security practices, systems, and rules established in the company.#J-18808-Ljbffr
