Npi Specialist

As an NPI Manufacturing Engineer, you will perform as the Manufacturing Engineering liaison in the Program Launch team, You are responsible for the Process Development and Implementation in compliance with PEP (Product Excellence Process), APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and Internal Manufacturing requirements

**Your Role**:

- Responsible to comply with MRA (Manufacturing Readiness assessment) from ME perspective
- In charge of doing the detail process map of the new technologies/processes
- Review with platform team all the new project introduction
- Validate with COE team the feasibility the new product introduction
- Do PFMEA risk assessment with the COE support
- Define technical specification book of the new FA equipment or upgrade of equipment.
- Responsible of executing PEP phases 5-8 from ME perspective
- Contact supplier and with the COE support define the cost of equipment and provide budget to TL for business plan.
- Define with the COE team the Capex plan for the program in Strap and AOP processes.
- Responsible of all manufacturing deliverable for phase exit from 2 to 4 (process Map, PFMEA, control plan, scorecard, Capex)
- Support post-launch production ramp up, and performance indicators stabilization

**Your Profile**:

- Previous experience in process/manufacturing and maintenance engineering or equivalent
- Advanced English
- Familiar with machining CNC equipment and assembly products, PLC programming and automation lines
- Ability to develop an effective project plan and control strategy
