Npi Sr. Engineer

**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Drive alignment of New Product Introduction strategy with internal stakeholders and the external supplier base- Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.- Provide leadership, direction and strategy, and make operational decisions cost/benefit analysis with key stakeholders and partners.- Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.- Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.- Analyzing program risks.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business or related field.- Minimum of 3 years' experience in project coordination.- Bilingual English/Spanish- US visa available- Proven stakeholder management skills.- Proven experience working in a manufacturing environment- Thorough understanding of project management techniques and methods
