Npip Technician

Job DescriptionJob Profile Summary**Responsibilities**:- Feedback to the NPIP team all issues found during the NPIP builds add these actions in the run report.- New product introduction (NPI) technician in charge of SMT programs, profiles and recipes creation for all the NPIP builds- Direct first contact support during the NPI builds for any immediate issues- Receive and prepare all new fixtures and stencils for the builds- NPI WIP control during the runs to avoid mixed/lost materials.- Coordinate the runs with engineers to validate and improve new fixtures & equipment for THT & Final Assembly (AFA) processes- Make sure all NPI builds are completed in time and with quality.Must have the following skills, abilities and knowledge:- Problem solving skills- SMT technical skills (Laser marking, screen printer, ship shouter, oven & AOI machines)- THT technical skills ( Wave solder & conformal coat machines )- Final assembly general knowledge- Electronics process experience is required**Qualifications**:- 5-7 years of experience in the NPIP processes is a plus- High school diploma is preferred
