Our site, Albéa Reynosa is specialized in Plastic Tubes manufacturing for Cosmetics, Personal Care, Pharmaceutical, Industrial and Food Markets.Scope Responsible for coordinating the new product launches of P0 and P0+ projects for an assigned customer portfolio of an approximate revenue of $80Mu of extruded tubes, with a 30% renewal. Manages the new product timelines to achieve target dates and specifications. Based in Reynosa.Main activitiesPrimary contact point for the sales team and for the customer to ensure new product launches are executed on time while meeting the product specification requirements.Maintains and coordinates the project timeline.Manages risks and issues in support of successful new project launches for assigned portfolio.Initiates the artwork development and follows up on the artwork development cycle up to production start.Leads coordination with the relevant departments as required to manage the information flow between the operation and the customer for ensuring a successful launch.Guarantees the documentation accuracy of associated documents including sample requests, and SAP database.Accountability including KPIsOn time development of new products 1st delivery one time and in full.Customer Satisfaction on NPL during launch.EBB during New Product Launch.Samples OTIF and cycle time aligned with market expectations.Profile (Experience & qualifications) Education:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.Experience:Knows the concepts related to the management of a project.Working in high volume manufacturing in some capacity.Project Management Tools.Skills and Competencies:Excellent bilingual proficiency.
