Provide administration support in functional areas of a health and safety department. Drive awareness in Resideo's Health and Safety initiatives through participation in Resideo's Operating System activities. Complete a diverse set of tasks that support HSE&F department initiatives.**JOB DUTIES**:- Verify SUA of suppliers before carrying out maintenance work- Carry out and promote health campaigns (4 per year)- Canteen audits- Management of Covid protocol- Collaboration of HSE procedures and standards- Safety tours of the plant, risk analysis and assessment- Knowledge of occupational health and safety diagnosis (NOM-030-STPS-2009)- Knowledge and management of noise standards (NOM-011-STPS-2001) and lighting (NOM-025-STPS- 2008)- Management of standards for work at heights (NOM-009-STPS-2011)- Management of controls and ergonomic studies in the work environment- Knowledge of emergency drills (Fire, evacuation, use of defibrillator and filling out of corresponding forms)- Knowledge of the constitution and operation of the safety and hygiene commissions.- Investigation of accidents or incidents within the company- Registration of disabilities- Medical exams- Knowledge and management of requirements before COFESPRIS and the Secretary of Health.- Advice and follow-up in filling out and responding to IMSS legal documents (ST-7, ST-9, etc.)**YOU MUST HAVE**:- High School Diploma / Technical studies in nursing- 1 year minimum of experience in industrial nursing- Teamwork- Communication skills- Adaptability.**WE VALUE**:- Strong oral and written communication skills- Use innovative thinking to create continuous improvement- Understanding of HSE&F analytics- Use of independent judgment- Working knowledge of basic computer skills- Ability to prioritize task**WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?**- Resideo's benefits above the Mexican lawLI-CR1LI-OnsiteAt Resideo, we bring together diverse individuals to build the future of homes.
