The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar, related, or a logical assignment to this class.Responsibilities:Collect information to develop medical files for all employees.Support regular medical exams to validate the health of employees in high-risk roles.Provide first aid and medical consultation to employees.Register first aid incidents and daily medical consultations.Provide medicines and basic medical supplies to employees.Record incidents and accidents, and participate in accident investigations.Provide medical support during work accidents, fill out necessary forms, and participate in accident investigations.Support the EHS Coordinator during audits and safety tours, and be part of the safety commission.Register and inspect water coolers and cleaning services.Conduct onboarding on EHS for new employees.Register safety tickets.Be responsible for the Integral Management System.Understand the Integral Management System policy and apply it in daily activities.Comply with integrated processes related to the Integral Management System, understand environmental aspects of the area, and support operational controls that minimize environmental impact.Actively participate in Integral Management System audits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
