This is a unique position for a highly motivated and skilled professional who is passionate about healthcare and thrives in a dual clinical and business-oriented role.**Key Responsibilities**:**Clinical Leadership**- Ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing care in compliance with local healthcare regulations and best practices.- Supervise, mentor, and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals.- Establish and maintain clinical protocols, policies, and procedures.- Provide direct patient care as needed, particularly in high-priority cases.**Sales and Business Development**- Develop and implement strategies to grow CanMex Health's client base, including tourists, expats, and local residents.- Collaborate with hotels, condo associations, travel agencies, and other businesses to establish referral partnerships.- Promote CanMex Health's services through community events, marketing initiatives, and networking opportunities.**Relationship Building**- Act as a CanMex Health ambassador by cultivating strong relationships with external stakeholders.- Attend business and community meetings to represent CanMex Health's vision and services.- Provide educational presentations about CanMex Health's offerings to local organizations and partners.**Administrative and Operational Oversight**- Manage nursing schedules, staffing needs, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency.- Monitor budgets, supply inventories, and cost-effective resource utilization.- Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement service improvements and innovations.**Professional Expertise**- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, with eligibility to practice in Mexico.- At least 5 years of nursing experience, including 2 years in a leadership or management position.- Strong clinical judgment with the ability to manage both acute and routine patient care.**Business Development Skills**- Demonstrated ability to drive sales, attract new clients, and develop business relationships.- Experience in creating and implementing strategic growth plans.- Proven success in achieving business targets in a healthcare environment.**Interpersonal and Communication Skills**- Fluency in **English** is mandatory; Spanish proficiency is highly preferred
