Nutiliti - Customer Service Representative

Job DescriptionThe candidate will answer phone calls from customers regarding billing, regulations, payments, or the functioning of the Nutiliti application, directing them to the appropriate department if necessary.This vacancy requires a service-minded candidate with a helpful, friendly, and positive attitude, and clarity in explaining processes and steps for the Nutiliti application.Advanced English is a necessary characteristic for this role.Experience of one year or more in the Customer Service area is required.There is a possibility of growth in the company depending on performance.The candidate will interact directly with customers and will focus on answering phone calls, text messages, emails, or voice notes left in the mailbox of the Nutiliti application.Training will be provided by our client and the Nutiliti team in our offices to support the selected candidate.#J-18808-Ljbffr
