**O2C Junior Credit Management Specialist**:

In this role you will be responsible for the efficient and effective operational management of credit risk according to global policy and direction from Corporate Credit Management Team. Providing an authorized approval for the release of credit blocked orders and taking credit decisions is expected. Support the Country/Cluster Credit Manager, Business and Sales.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Supporting part of portfolio of 8+ countries with more than 130 thousand customers and total credit limits value of +44 BN USD.
- Presenting basic knowledge in Credit Risk Management process, understanding the differences of the country specifics across the organization.
- Attending the Credit Circle sessions with the Global O2C Process Owners, Head of Corporate Credit Risk Management and Country/Cluster Credit Managers.
- Liaising with Internal and External Stakeholders (Front Office/Business/3rd Party Customers located globally).
- Analyzing the creditworthiness of both new (credit assessments) and existing (credit reassessments) customers and making recommendations on their credit rating and credit limits.
- Conducting annual/monthly credit limit review of customers for countries in scope.
- Researching companies, gathering and analyzing financial and non-financial information from available sources to develop an understanding of customer's credit profile to make credit recommendation and provide partnership to the Business.
- Monitoring and managing customers' portfolio.
- Having basic understanding of the processes related to the Credit Control.
- Managing the process for new orders put on hold due to exceeding credit limits.
- Interacting with Business and Sales team on customers credit limit issues.
- Providing feedback on risk mitigation practices within credit area.
- Close cooperation with Process Specialist to implement new credit tools, systems, etc.
**Your background**:
- Master's/bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting or Financial Audit.
- Minimum 1 year experience in credit analysis or credit control, acting as Junior Credit Specialist or similar role in a global organization.
- Knowledge of SAP4HANA.
- An ability to cooperate in a dynamic and learning environment, to develop good relationship with Business and other supporting teams and be able to present key credit risks in deal structures, to make sure that credit risk is addressed, and Accounts Receivables collection is secured.
- Professional credit risk certification.
- Analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- An ability of credit bureau reports reading.
- Fluent English level.
