Responsible for the efficient and effective master data operation for customers and vendors domain. Ensuring Master Data governance rules are followed and implemented during the operation.

**This position reports to**:
Accounting & Reporting Mgr-Receivable

**Your responsibilities**:

- Presenting knowledge in Master Data process, understanding the specific guidelines for customers & vendors across the organization.
- Regular liaising with Internal and External Stakeholders (Front Office/Business/3rd Party Customers located globally)
- Maintenance of customer and vendors module.
- Having general understanding of the processes related to the Master Data (customers & vendors)
- Interacting with Business and other internal / external users on customers creation, vendor validation and maintenance.
- Implement Master Data Governance models, standards as per the global company Master Data requirement and assure they are being implemented within the local organization.
- Ensure Master Data governance rules are followed for data maintenance and quality.
- Act as an owner for the Master Data KPI's, make sure they are regularly revised and updated to fill in the current Data Quality needs.

**Your background**:

- Master's/bachelor's degree in Management, Computer Systems, Business Engineering or similar.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in master data process as Master Data Specialist for Customers and Vendors or similar role in a global organization.
- An ability to cooperate in a dynamic and learning environment, to develop good relationship with Business and other supporting teams. Knowledge of SAP4HANA will be an asset.
- Knowledge of SAP4HANA will be an asset.
- Experience of master data in an evolving environment.
- Fluent communication in English.
- Continuous Improvement mindset and experience in developing credit process.
