And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet's beauty for the generations to come.**Occupational Doctor **(F/M/X)**About the role- Our QHSE team, composed of 9 people which are covering 24/7, and focuses on Quality, Safety, Health and Environment in our chemical industrial processes in collaboration with Production and maintenance teams.- As an Occupational Doctor, you will work on monitoring the health of workers, which allows reducing the risk of suffering an occupational illness or accident, ensuring the safety of the people to support our business. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the key and strategic priorities and have a positive impact on people and business.- You will be accountable for:- Personnel Medical attention and Medical surveillance. On call 24/7 for urgencies.- Preventive programs: wellbeing at work and Health Campaigns.- Accidents investigations, Industrial Hygiene Safety committee (Legal requirement), and Biological hazardous waste handling.- Social security contact and disabilities follow up- Follow up to new regulation: Ergonomic regulation (NOM 036), Home office legal regulation (NOM 037) and Psychologist risk (NOM 035).About you- Relevant education degree or equivalent in Medicine, specialty in Occupational Medicine.- Relevant work experience in Industry, desirable Chemistry Process and Google Drive tools and ease of learning/using computer tools specific to the business and English C1 Level.- Competencies:- Smart taking decisions- Occupational security- Legal compliance- Behaviors:- Effective communication- Team work- Conducts in an honest, ethical and trustworthy manner.About the pay and benefits- Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Mexico base pay reasonably expected for this role is 38,000 MXN to 41,000 MXN, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience.
