.As an OEM Cost per Unit Manager, you will lead financial/ accounting support in North America's region. The Queretaro's GBS business requires you to work with a high volume of transactions in an efficient and detailed manner. You will build trust within the group and with the many departments the team collaborates with including Regional Sales Manager, purchasing, Warehouses / Facilities Operations, SBU Finance, and Account receivables.**Key Responsibilities**- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for Cost per unit processes and procedures.- Manage the analyses of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of cost per unit program and leaves Operational team/sites performance via Key Performance Indicators.- Resolution of (CPU)-related problems with other functions- Develop and implement processes that support continuous improvement and strong business results across the North America region.- Own the monthly closing process for assigned countries.- Ensures timely Revenue/ Cogs recognition for monthly, quarterly, and year-end Cost per unit's program related transactions.- Coordinates with the CPU sites to ensure on hand balances are in sync during the close process.- Supervise pending inventories transactions (either sending or receiving) and provide status updates to parties who will need to action such requests.- Collaborate with GBFS team to perform appropriate CPU's accounting activities (book journal entries, prepare reconciliations, reporting, etc.)- Generate CPU invoices and lead intercompany settlements.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field of study with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in an analytical, finance, accounting is required.- Proficient English, good verbal, and written communication skills.- ERP knowledge Oracle, Previous exposure in an OEM automotive environment is a bonus.- The position requires a high degree of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
