**The Human Resources (HR) Generalist Senior is an intermediate management level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of vendor employees in an effort to provide offboarding operations support services in coordination with other operational support teams. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of offboarding operations support services in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.**
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Lead the Operations Support department through management and processing of tasks and responsibilities for multiple teams engaged in offboarding activities**:
- ** Monitor operational results, ensuring quality and efficiency on procedures**:
- ** Contribute to development of new techniques, models, and plans within area of expertise**:
- ** Facilitate alignment of the Operations Support infrastructure through focused technologies and processes**:
- ** Ensure compliance with government regulations through the evaluation and implementation of appropriate control and testing measures**:
- ** Provide evaluative judgement based on analysis of information and in-depth knowledge of policies and procedures in complicated and unique situations**:
- ** Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members**:
- ** Performs vendor management activities (Execution of controls, Payment activities, Contribution to BAO on vendor administrative activities)**:
- ** Contribute with any internal Risk and Control requirements**:

- ** 5-8 years of relevant experience**:
- ** Ability to manage teams**:
- ** Knowledge of applicable México Employment laws**:
- ** Working knowledge of industry standards and practices**:
- ** Proficient in Microsoft Office and Workday**:
- ** Experience in analyzing business requirements, creation of process flows and processes documentation**:
- ** Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate**:
- ** Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements**:
- ** Self-motivated and detail oriented**:
- ** Proven organization and time management skills**:
