.**A Snapshot of Your Day**Within this role you will be responsible for coordinating the development, administration and cost of contracts, based on established company guidelines and commercial policies, in order to internally ensure the understanding of customers' technical specifications, the formalization of commercial relationships and the safeguarding of the company's interests.Coordinate field services (technical, spare parts, assemblies, warranties, etc.), based on commercial guidelines and policies established in the company, in order to ensure compliance with customer expectations, in terms of quality, cost and time.Manage sales and marketing processes ensuring customer satisfaction within marketing and financial guidelines established in the SIEMENS Group and internal company policies, with respect to the environment and consistency to safe work practices and prevention of illegal activities.**How You'll Make an Impact**- Plan, organize, direct and control sales and marketing processes ensuring that volume, sales and financial results objectives are met.- Define sales strategies, plans and forecasts aligned to SIEMENS Group guidelines and Siemens Transformers commercial and financial strategies.- Ensure that the products offered meet customer requirements and in turn can be manufactured guaranteeing the expected financial result for Siemens Transformers.- Coordinate engineering, production, quality and purchasing departments in terms of commercial understanding and specifications to ensure that customer expectations are met.- Identify commercial opportunities and risks of a contract, from a budgetary, planning and manufacturing point of view, to implement preventive and corrective actions oriented to the commercial objectives of Siemens Transformers.- Define strategies for communicating, responding and dealing with customers in order to enhance and maintain a professional and responsible service image.- Ensure good relationships with customers, Sales & Marketing Organizations and Siemens Sales & Marketing group to meet their needs and exchange market information.- Knowledge of the Integrated Management System policy (ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and OHSA'S 18000 in their current versions).- To know their procedures and work instructions which integrate the Integrated Management Systems (IMS).**What You Bring**- University Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic or equivalent Engineering- Professional Experience 5 to 7 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or Service Engineering.- Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of GP SPG products and services portfolio applicable to the Siemens Energy, Inc. fleet in Mexico.- Strong knowledge of technical aspects.- Skills / Competencies: Strategic thinking and risk management, Communication skills, Analytical thinking, Decision making, Customer orientation.**About the Team**Our Grid Technology division enables a reliable, sustainable, and digital grid
