**Offer Operations Project Manager**
Our client's Cloud team works with millions of organizations to make them more productive, mobile, and collaborative by transforming and evolving their business through the use of their global network, web-scale data centers and software infrastructure. We are focused on accelerating the Cloud adoption by building great products as well as augmenting those products with successful technology acquisitions and market alliances.
This role is responsible for collaborating with the Cloud Business Platform team, Offer Managers, Order Management, and the Sales team to help launch new Offers and Services, execute end-to-end UAT, and customize solutions to meet customer needs and market demand. The role also involves running reports in Salesforce, analyzing data, and driving initiatives to maintain the competitive edge in the industry.
**Job responsibilities**
- Run monthly reports to review deals, contract durations, process durations, and order issues.
- Analyze Order issues and delve into root causes to fully understand the errors.
- Provide monthly summaries of contracting duration, order issues, and process, including impact on revenue and attach rate, and actionable insights.
- Identify operational efficiencies and opportunities for automation, and work cross-functionally to deliver on process improvements and automation.
- Use analytical skills to develop quantitative and qualitative insights to formulate robust, actionable recommendations to improve current processes and create long-term solutions for the stop gaps that currently exist.
- Create and update all knowledge books required for contracting and deal processing orders.
- Collaborate on launching new Offers and Services including executing end-to-end UAT.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- BA or BS degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with Identifying and implementing metrics to measure results and efficiency in areas being supported.
- Salesforce experience, especially reporting.
- Experience in project/program management.
- 7 years of experience in business process analysis, support operations management, and/or global program management
- Salesforce experience, especially in running reports and analyzing data, is required for this role
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- MBA, MS or other advanced degree with experience in a consulting organization in technology practice (or equivalent) or operations research or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in support, customer-facing operations, and/or technical support or enterprise (B2B) support.
- Evidence of a bias to action with strong attention to detail and data-driven decision making.
- Stakeholder management and communications
- Data Analysis and SQL
- Ability to lead through ambiguity, take on complex strategic and operational initiatives and scale effectively across a large organization and highly distributed team.
- Experience managing, or working closely with, Product Management, Support, Finance and engineering teams for technical products.
- Google Workspace experience in a corporate environment is a plus but not required (Sheets, Slides, Sites, etc.)
