The Offering Specialist is responsible for supporting Offering leadership to ensure achievement of key performance indicators. The Marketing Offering Specialist is responsible for leading product offerings throughout their lifecycle, including the definition, development, launch, maintenance, and end of life. This position is also responsible for market trend analysis, data analysis, the creation and management of the Company's offering-related materials & information required to support a variety Go to Market initiatives and acting as a liaison across the organization teams.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Research market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Ensure all customer facing documentation and marketing collateral is available and accurate.
- Provide offering information to Customers, Sales, Customer Service and Application Engineering.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, and other sales enablement tools.
- Develop and track metrics to measure post-launch sales performance of new offerings.
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to develop marketing programs for demand generation.
- Create sales facing order configuration forms.
- Mine data to help with product forecasting.
- Assist in championing resolution of offering issues (i.e. delivery, quality, inventory) Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment and technologies (preferred).
- Project management skills to prioritize and drive internal offering projects to completion.
- Detail oriented to provide accurate specifications and launch materials.
- Effectively communicates technical information and complex ideas.
- Experience working with customers and field sales teams preferred.
- Strong written/oral communication, especially in communicating customer needs.
- General interest of sales, marketing, operations, and financial disciplines preferred. University degree (BS or Master) in Engineering.
