**Function/Team** - Collaboration Services reside in the Infrastructure organization in AZ IT under End User Services.The team is responsible for the following areas of IT:- Collaboration, Document Storage and Workflow Services- Microsoft Office 365 (Mail, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Forms, Power Automate etc.)- Cloud Services, Mail&Calendar- Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange Online-OnPrem/Outlook)- Azure AD- O365 PowerShell ScriptingWorking within well established guidelines and with readily available higher-level support. Typically, a member of a large delivery team, may have individual responsibility to serve defined groups within a function and may be a business point of contact. Individuals in this role will be experienced in analysis, configuration or any other IT Infrastructure discipline**_._****Job Description**:Role and Responsibilities- Works within a team to deliver day-to-day support of policies and programs covering one or several core areas of IT Infrastructure (Collaboration Services).- Conducts analysis and prepares reports for issues across It Infrastructure- Ensures the production of reports or analyses, to meet quality standards, and provides interpretation of data- Carries out calculations, analyses or investigations to defined briefs to support the improving performance of infrastructure services- Participates in establishing an understanding of (internal) customer requirements to ensure that planned activities and services meet needs, and in monitoring those services and activities to ensure service performance requirements are fully met- Owns delivery for designated tasks and operates independently to interpret, diagnose and resolve identified problems, escalating only complex issues for resolution- On an ad-hoc basis may own delivery of project-based delivery in the Collaboration services- Must show the capability to identify and propose innovative solutions to improve service performanceEssential Skills and experience- Prior relevant experience in a similar role with good knowledge and experience- Good networking and skills with good external links and knowledge of information markets and business awareness- Demonstrate good communication skills and facilitation skills with the ability to work with others across remote geographies to achieve objectives- Well versed in ITIL V3.0 practices and processDesirable Skills and experience- Relevant Higher education qualification- Experience of working in a global organization with complex/geographical/multicultural context
