The candidate should also be able to help with reporting and analytics.They will also be responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment to ensure a safe, efficient, and functional environment.This role involves performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and executing or overseeing repair tasks.Salary: up to $7,000 net weekly (depending on experience) + law benefitsRequirements:Must be onsite in the Tijuana office.Fluent in English, both written and verbal.1 year of similar experience.Types 35 words per minute.Charismatic and influential leadership abilities.Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.High level analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Capable of working independently and as part of a team.Can manage multiple projects simultaneously.Effective time-management and organizational skills.Stays current with industry trends and advancements.Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and other relevant tools.Advanced with Microsoft Excel.Key Responsibilities:Handle timely and accurate payroll processing.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.Reconcile financial statements on a monthly basis.Process accounts payable and receivable with invoicing and payment tracking.Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.Familiarity with industry-specific financial regulations.Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.Support tax preparation.Get approval and procure items needed for the office.Oversee and validate all liquidations or reimbursements.Review quarterly audits for equipment inventory management.Sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.Assist users with IT-related questions and issues via phone, email, or in person.Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks.Monitor network performance and ensure system reliability.Identify and repair hardware malfunctions, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, including operating systems and applications.Maintain detailed records of support requests, resolutions, and system changes.Document IT procedures and create user guides as needed
