**Responsibilities**:
If you speak English, then you can understand this posting. This is a position that starts in Merida, Mexico and ends in Toronto, Canada. The ideal person, if interested, will get immigration, work permit and settlement support.
You should be comfortable with business processes in Merida, Mexico to help with some basic ground work to expand the company into Merida.
You should be comfortable with social media marketing to direct content and promotion to get company's message out to general masses and key stakeholders.

1. Office Processes:
- Research business related information and different markets.
- Track progress in company provided tools and client relationship management software.
- Coordinate and manage administrative processes.
2. Team Support:
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Understand the training requirements of partners and work closely with the internal team to deliver it.
- Drive sustainable partner growth and profitability.
- Travel when necessary to partner events and conferences to represent the client.
- Prepare and give business reviews to the client's management team.
3. Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact between employees and management.
- Manage overall partner relationships and activities.
- Communicate effectively with external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Committed to customer service.
- Ability to adapt and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
