RUNNER Group is recruiting for its future: Administration & Human Resources LeaderAs the Plant Administration & Human Resources Leader, you will act as a strategic business partner to executive and plant management and are accountable for Admin & HR support at the Saltillo, Mexico manufacturing plant. This role will utilize an in-depth understanding of the business direction to assess the Admin & HR implications of various people strategies and achieve alignment with manufacturing objectives.Expected Tasks:Develop and implement Admin & HR policies, procedures, and systems to support the operational needs of the Mexico site.Manage the Admin & HR team, including hiring, training, and performance management, to ensure a high-performing and cohesive department.Ensure that all activities performed by the team comply with legal requirements and relevant labor laws and the Employment Act.Manage and develop the EHS team, certification and audits, ensuring compliance with Mexican EHS regulations.Develop and maintain effective relationships with external partners, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely and reliable support.Profile Required:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.5+ years of significant experience as Administration & Human Resources Manager in a global company or cross-functional teams.Knowledge in Maquiladora or IMMEX, Draw-Back, PROSEC & USMCA etc. is preferred.Proven experience as Compliance champion for a business unit, corporate office or manufacturing facility.Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish & English (CEFR C1 or above).#J-18808-Ljbffr
