Office Administrator

For our sales office in Guadalajara, we are looking for an Office Administrator who likes to work in a dynamic and international environment.- You will be the go-to person for all office administration matters.- Assist the organization of the office by answering phones and connecting calls, sorting, and delivering mail, welcoming visitors and coordinating the conference room calendar.- Assist the sales team by scheduling meetings and travel, updating company's social feed, data entry, and managing expense reports.- Order office supplies, food and beverages for team events and transfer invoices to the finance team.- Coordinate the maintenance of the office and IT site as needed for cleaning or repairs.- Work closely with our trading and non-trading teams.- Plan team events coordinate onboarding for new hires, including coordinating parking places and security badges.- Provide ad hoc support to managementLI-LD1- If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!_
