Job Descriptions:Responsible for the management of regional administrative affairs, including but not limited to real estate business (office leasing and decoration, etc.), daily office operation and safety management (budget formulation and control, office safety management, asset management, etc.);Connect with the headquarters and be responsible for the upload and issuance of administrative policies overseas;Formulate and improve the administrative management system and process of overseas subsidiaries;Travel management: follow-up of the travel process, air tickets, transportation services, communication control, etc.;Supplier management: administrative supplier selection and introduction, as well as daily supplier docking management;Event organization, including but not limited to annual meetings, large-scale team building, office parties, etc.;Overseas administrative team management;Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above; minimum 2 years Admin experience in in internet or related industry; Good trilingualcommunication skills (Spanish, English and Chinese), both verbal and written; Self-motivated,well-organized and detailed-orientated. A self-starter and a problem solver; Strong knowledge in MS Office, esp. excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; Motivate, support and educate the team on future business needs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
