We are seeking an experienced Office Manager who will be challenged by a wide range of activities and contribute to success in all areas of sales support, employee relations, commercial and suppliers' management.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the day-to-day office administration services to ensure that the organization's administrative needs are met efficiently, reliably, and economically.- Supervise and support the ISC´s in all their tasks: Quotations, customer´s PO´s. IPO´s, shipments, coordination of importations with brokers, delivery of goods to customers, invoicing, etc.- Overhead budget and cost control and follow up with global Financial Operation team invoices paid or pending.- Continuously improve the process and service quality in Administration daily work: contract check & renewal, cost benchmark, performance appraisal, HSE risk identification and control, process implementation and improvement, compliance supervision, etc.- Plan and carry out improvement projects to meet established schedule, quality and budget criteria.- Support in local implementation of new functional policies and programs.- Provide necessary support for employees and manager in hiring process, recruitment, flight reservations, expenses reports, life insurance, IT issues, and training activities.- Evaluate and implement enhancements to function processes, procedures, and personnel to respond to changes as required.- All other tasks assigned by line manager or company.
What You'll Need:
- College or Bachelor's degree in administration or other relevant field and at least 7 years working experience.- The position requires knowledge of import/export regulations and experience in managing customs brokers.- Knowledge of tax law in Mexico is required since you will be responsible for the company's billing.- Excellent command of the English language (both oral and written).- Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team globally.- Customer service mindset with "can-do" attitude.- Open-minded and creative thinking.- Self-driven for higher performance and continuous improvement.- Good communication skill and leadership potential, play as a multitasker and role model in the team and cross-functional teamwork.- Details-oriented, accountable for results and act with high sense of responsibility.
