**Job Description**:
As an Office manager, your mission is to provide the world-class services to our team and our guests in a constantly mutating environment.
You will work within a team of people passionate with music in charge of delivering the best marketing services with passion, innovation, care, and transparency.
**Your duties will include but not limited to the following**

All your actions are guided by your desire to have a positive impact on the team, on the development of our business and, more generally, to contribute to our corporate social responsibility and to reduce our impact on the environment.
- Overseeing general office operation
- Greeting customers delivering world-class service to our visitors
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment to maintain proper stock levels
- Monitoring the supplies budget and ensures that it matches the needs
- Ensuring that health and safety procedures are up to date
- Coordinates with the landlord for facility management and monitoring of service providers
- Organising minor repairs in the office with the involvement of contractors from third parties
- Supporting top managers in administration
- Receipt and verification of invoices and payment follow up with our accounting department
- Creation and maintenance of monthly invoice amount tracking
- Assistance in organising business trips
- Assisting in the preparation of claims for our MD
- Supporting communication and the organisation of events
- Organising team events or conferences
- Relaying communications to the staff and helping to relay poster campaigns
- Creates and communicates administrative procedures
- Organising onboarding and introduction programs for new staff
- Representing the office in discussions with the IT department mostly to ensure the success of our onboardings

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent English is mandatory to succeed in your role as part of a global company.
French can be a plus
- You have an experience in Office management ideally in a start-up environment
- You have demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and are always eager to act as a facilitator
- You know how to be diplomatic to get the best from everyone
- You have been able to understand through your experiences the sense of confidentiality of the function and the crucial contribution you can make to a team.
