Do you have a great talent to arrange and organize, a sense of accuracy, an eye for detail, and an employee-centric way of working?**What will your responsibilities be?**- You make sure all facilities in and around the office are running smoothly to unburden all our employees (called Superheroes) in their daily work- You will take the lead in organizing the various company events and improving the work environment of the office and the well-being of all Superheroes- You will provide practical assistance to the 'onboarding' and 'offboarding' for Superheroes- You will be the primary contact for several suppliers and manage the Office Management budget- You will be part of the Monterrey team (you will report directly to People & Culture in the Netherlands and to the Director Monterrey) and will participate in various projects, helping not only to develop this amazing scale-up company to the next phase, but also to make a real impact on the great employee experience at Studyportals.Finance responsibilities:- Involved in salary management (partly with Accountancy & General Director)- Suppliers selection and relationship managementHR responsibilities:- Setting up & keeping track of employees' paperwork, contracts, employees files (together with Accountancy and Recruiter)- Internal communications, staff well-being- Handle exit interviews & feedback- Ensure personnel administration is up to date, lease with Accountant requests, when needed- Employees conflict management (together with the respective direct manager)- Keep perfect track of important company documents (archive/storage)**Requirements**:**Who are you?**- You get energized by helping others to be as effective as possible.
