Totolapa Cuajimalpa, Mexico.Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm.Work model: On Site.What is your day to day?Oversee maintenance, cleaning, and security of the facility.Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.Develop and implement guest-centric policies and procedures.Coordinate front-of-house operations, including reception and concierge services.Oversee food and beverage operations, if applicable.Continuously assess and improve the quality of guest services.Implement hospitality best practices to enhance overall satisfaction.Prepare and manage operational budgets.Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.Coordinate and oversee facility preparation for special events.Ensure seamless execution of events in collaboration with relevant departments.Desired experience and technical skills:Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.Fluent English.Proven experience in facility management and hospitality services.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and building regulations.Proficiency in facility management and hospitality management software.This role requires a unique blend of technical facility management skills and a hospitality-oriented mindset to create exceptional experiences for all facility users.Minimum Requirements:5 years of experience.Education: Bachelor's degree.Language: English.Keywords: office, leader, chief, manager, director, lead, management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
