.The Supervisor has an essential role in ensuring that his/her team highly performs and achieves its KPIs, as well as guaranteeing that there is a safe and healthy work environment among the team members he/she supervises The Supervisor is responsible for managing the administrative workflow, duties primarily revolve around the general management of your direct reports that will be used to review team performance, which include, but are not limited to, providing and demonstrating task instructions, keeping attendance, and measuring key performance indicators. Key duties and Responsibilities:Managing his team members and organize periodic meetings to identify areas of improvements Set KPIs for his/her team based on the guidelines provided at point 3 below Generates results report. Monitor the performance of his/her team members and ensure team members clearly understand performance standards. Provide periodic feedback to his/her team members (at least once a week) Daily communicate with his/her team to assign tasks, identify gaps and organize the teams workload Organize weekly/monthly shifts considering holidays. Conducts Performance reviews in collaboration with Team Leader. Periodically update the Head of the Department on potential issues, areas of improvement and/or goals achieved. Approve absence requests, based on the workload and the KPIs to be achieved. Provides weekly and monthly reports based on productivity Ensure compliance with the companys policies, procedures and guidelines. Communicate with the Head of Department and HR in case any warning needs to begiven to a member of his/her team. Warning shall be given in case of any non compliance. Being the point of contact between the employees he/she supervises and the Head of the Department. Represent the companys interests while interacting with his/her team. Set goals in collaboration with Team Leader, for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company's operation. Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks Develop and propose to the head of Department action plans and strategies based on the operation needs, to ensure the achievement of the goal set. Granting the teams onboarding procurement process, setting up computer and account Prepare and submit performance reports Maintaining excellent communication with the Team Leader to ensure that the results are being met. Ensure that the administrative task have been completed Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
