Support clients by answering queries, assisting applicants with registration, monitoring and intervening as needed in the occupational health workflow to ensure test results are reported in a timely manner.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:- Confirm and expire drug tests based on vendor confirmation- Check status on occupational health services completed 48-72 hours prior- Adhere to and assist in creating and maintaining client specifics- Contact vendors for additional information on testing requests- Work with applicants in remote locations to find collection sites in their area, manually registering them for testing when necessary- Manually registering applicants using the zip code associated with their current address when not registered within 24 hours of an invite being sent- Compose and send occupational health test registration information to applicants- Provide hands-on monitoring to ensure all client needs are met- Any other duties and responsibilities required in OHS**Requirements & Skills**:- Expert computer skills (Internet Searches, Database Lookups)- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills- Excellent problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and problem-solve- Energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented- Ability to manage multiple priorities using time management and organization skills- Team player with the ability to work with a wide variety of people in local and remote locations- Ability to work overtime when required- Bilingual (English) is required - written and verbal**Education**:- High School Diploma or GED required**_ _**_We are an equal-opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels.
