**Job Overview**:Oliver Wyman is recruiting a Mexico based Knowledge Analyst for its global Climate & Sustainability platform.

This role is part of a team of Knowledge Management specialists supporting the different industries and capabilities within Oliver Wyman.
This position will be based in Mexico City, but the role has global responsibility - supporting the global Climate & Sustainability platform and associated interest groups within the Oliver Wyman consulting and support professional community.
This role reports directly to the Knowledge Expert for Climate & Sustainability (based in NY) and a high level of direct interaction is expected with the other Knowledge Management professionals covering Climate & Sustainability (the "Climate & Sustainability KM team"), as well as the consultants, partners and other support staff, focused on the platform.
The purpose of this role is to help support, develop and facilitate knowledge sharing across the business.
The aim of the KM Analyst is to assist the Climate & Sustainability KM team in managing practice developed content and help develop/ promote tools and processes which increase information flow and best practice content sharing within Oliver Wyman.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Climate & Sustainability is a growing platform at Oliver Wyman.
It's expected that support needs will continue to evolve and grow and that will require flexibility in attitude and approach.
Primary responsibilities include:
**Knowledge Management **- Answering content requests, project tracking, content capture and dissemination, knowledge systems maintenance and development, promoting and training consultants in proper use of knowledge tools and appropriate knowledge sharing, expert/expertise tracking
**Advisory** - The Knowledge Analyst is an enabler within the business supporting internal clients in the use and distribution of internally generated content and practice specific tools.
Promoting the message that information sharing behaviors are actively encouraged and rewarded within OW
As needed, the role may also include the following responsibilities:
**Specialist Research** - for both client work and Business Development/Marketing - supporting client proposals, internal IC generation, production of Current Awareness bulletins and Newsletters etc.
**Experience required**
- Educated to Degree level
- At least 2 years' experience in a professional services firm
- Proactive multitasker disciplined in managing own time
- Willingness to act as an internal advisor
- Top flight communication skills - able to deal with colleagues across cultures as well of different experience levels and seniority
- Discipline to understand the value of capturing and disseminating information to grow the knowledge assets of the group
- Ability to work in virtual teams
- Experience or a demonstrable interest in digital topics is an advantage for this role
- A high level of intellectual curiosity - interested in solving business issues
- Understanding the competitive environment and the impacts of digital disruption on our client's business models
- Ability in languages other than English an advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Knowledge of SharePoint is advantageous but not essential
- An interest for Climate & Sustainability topic is a plus
