About the Role Act as a subject matter expert on omnichannel marketing strategies, with a primary focus on SMS and MMS. Provide guidance and support to clients on the development and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns, including email, social, paid search, and onsite personalization. Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Dotdigital's services to current clients and prospects. Deliver high-quality training and workshops to clients and internal teams on best practices for omnichannel marketing strategies. Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients' marketing strategies remain competitive and up-to-date. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. Work closely with the product and development teams to provide feedback and insights on customer needs and feature requests. About You Proven experience in omnichannel marketing, with a strong focus on SMS and MMS marketing. Knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including email, social media, paid search, and onsite personalization. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, such as Dotdigital, Fresh Relevance or similar tools. Strong presentation and communication skills to deliver training and workshops to clients and internal teams. Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in omnichannel marketing. Experience working with sales and account management teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Ability to collaborate with product and development teams to provide customer feedback and insights. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to marketing strategy development.
