**What You´ll Do...**The Omnichannel Solution Owner will be responsible for understanding business requirements that describe omnichannel customer engagement experiences and transforming those requirements into actionable instructions to be handed off to campaign configuration specialists.The Solution Owner will document instructions by leveraging AZ defined collaboration tools and documentation templates. The Solution Owner should also look to develop process documentation and training material as well as identify operational process improvement opportunities by leveraging knowledge gained through their regular participation in the delivery process.**Main Responsibilities**:- Serve as the resource responsible for documenting comprehensive instructions necessary for a team of delivery resources to enable an omnichannel campaign- Work in both a hands-on manner in creating omnichannel campaign delivery instructions within AZ tools and templates, while also collaborating with tool specific specialists as necessary.- Leverage AZ defined tools for requirements capture and delivery task tracking and assignment**Essential for the role..**- Bachelor's Degree- Scaled Agile Certification- Advanced Degree in a relevant field- Experience engaging with technical/operational resources to provide instructions on executing campaigns across a variety of marketing platforms.- Conceptual understanding of relational databases- Experience with tools associated with Task Management (ex.
