**What We're Looking For**:
- Bilingual people: Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Spanish.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Organizational and Negotiation Skills: Strong abilities in these areas.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the Call Center-BPO industry preferred, customer service and sales.
