PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The On Premise Marketing Manager is a national role that will focus on the development and implementation of driving the image of the brand and increasing Red Bull share of mind in the On Premise. The On Premise Marketing Manager will be a strong collaborator, interfacing with all key stakeholders to maximize the impact and leverage of major On Premise image building initiatives. Responsibilities include collecting & sharing best practices, collaboration with the Culture Marketing department, creation of image building events in the On Premise, creating brand presentations, management of agencies, management of accounts, artists and respected opinion leaders connected to projects, and overall driving the development of marketing Red Bull in the On Premise. The OPMM trains the On Premise team in all new On Premise marketing tools and added value concepts, ensuring increased availability, visibility, and activation of Red Bull at the POS."Living" the Red Bull On Premise culture: Assume and live the Red Bull OP culture. Creation of "kindred spirits". Being a brand ambassador in front of the Musketeers and the national On Premise network. Monitoring image standards regarding the brand premium values of Red Bull.Communication: Maintain a constant exchange of information and best practices with the national On Premise team, especially the National On Premise Manager and the National Marketing and Purchasing Department. Communicate frequently with the international On Premise team to improve implementation of POS activations and added value activities. Build a strong network with external agencies, key influencers, national decision makers, event organizers, and the local scene in search of new collaboration opportunities.Events & Festivals: Joint responsibility, together with the Musketeers, for executing marketing activities and POS activations in line with the international strategy at Red Bull events, festivals, and 3rd party events. Responsible for national event execution and actively networking duties. Support the On Premise team with the organization and execution of customer incentives.Key Priorities: Responsible for executing and adapting the international marketing guidelines according to market needs. Delivery of memorable Red Bull experiences that drive word of mouth and brand passion throughout the On Premise. Development of national On Premise marketing activities in alignment with the international On Premise department. Support of the Musketeers to implement tools & concepts to national key accounts. Responsible for allocation of POS tools and for monitoring the correct placements. Responsible for the creation, coordination, and approval of tailor-made installations. Support the Musketeer team in executing the High 5 Concept (Pure Consumption Activation, Menu card entries) etc.Administration: Efficient allocation of the On Premise marketing budget according to the business plan. Draft a national On Premise marketing business plan according to international guidelines. Track, record, and evaluate all results of implemented marketing activities. Active compilation of national and international On Premise learnings and showcases.Art of Musketeering: Ensure in-depth knowledge of all national and international marketing activities, tools, concepts, and general guidelines. Conduct trainings and continuously coach to secure a high level of understanding and knowledge of how to implement it into the market. Constant updates towards the On Premise team regarding the international On Premise guidelines.
